Fries were extremely burnt, cashier was rude and blatantly uninterested... as a former five guys employee I was appalled. I almost wish I was a secret shopper so I could give them a zero.
Zero atmosphere. Nothing special about the burgers. The meat actually had no taste and the milkshake was so thin it was almost like a glass of chocolate milk.
My kids all love this place. The simplicity of the menu allows the staff to provide consistently good food in a timely manner. The only reason I have a hard time awarding 5 stars is that choices are simple and served in tin foil in a brown bag. That is part of the charm, but also denies the staff an opportunity to deliver experience that is above average.
Highest quality burgers around. Staff is very accomodating. Great customer service. Best place to grab a quick bite.
Always amazing. My wife and I get this for takeout and we always finish full and happy. Consistently good service and tasty food. Only once in a blue moon have we had an issue with our order but any time it’s happened the staff always made sure to make it right.
