This experience would make me think twice about going again.
Sarah was rude,Did not know what she was doing and not very sympathetic of the situation. The waitress handled it much better then her "manager". I would never go back to this location and many people in Nashua have similar beliefs. Smokey Bones is right down the street and has never given us any issues.
When we went to pay the waitress she accidentally paid for another tables tab and ours. She voided it but that takes 5-7 days to get back. The manager Sarah said "What you don't have the funds in your account for 5-7 days". She insinuated that we should have patience figure our money situation out. It wasn't $20. It was close to $150.00.
Good first experience. I went on a Thursday night. It was pretty empty and I sat at the bar and ordered the big jack daddy burger. The burger was good. The fries were excellent. Though service was not quick.
Went to this Buffalo Wild Wings two weeks ago and will never go back again. It wasn't just the food was bad it was they were rude and not very intelligent. First thing we did was order our wings extra wet. It looked like they didn't even put sauce on them. They brought out a few sauces but they were cold which was weird on hot wings.
The staff was friendly and attentive though. The have like a million TVs with almost every sport available. Seems like a good place to watch a match. They also have tablets to play games on while you wait, though I find out too late to bother trying.

The next issue came when we asked for a manager. The manager Sarah said she would give us the extra sauces for free. Why thank you for free dipping sauce on our wings we asked for extra wet. At this point we just figured its time to leave and pay.
Those boneless wings with mango habanero and Parmesan garlic were damn awesome. Great atmosphere to watch sports and drink some beer.
On Monday the 18th, my boyfriend and I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was very good and our waiter was very nice. What wasn't pleasurable were the two ladies at the front. When we first showed up, both women were talking at the same time which was confusing and hard to understand due to my slight hearing issue. As we were actively leaving through the door one of the ladies wished us a good day, but when I went to return it one of them said "Fine, don't have a good day." Not only was the comment rude, sarcastic and unnecessary, this woman did not give me time to respond.
