We went to Jordan's in Nashua... the care and professionalism given to us was above and beyond .. two "Chris's" helped us.. first was the actual 'manager Chris'... who took us through the Sleep Lab process and then to the mattress selection. He was soft spoken, no pressure and just a nice person!! He then had another professional, "also Chris", who was free from helping others, finish our sale and help us with our paperwork. Overall, we were 110% satisfied !! ~~ Incidentally, 23 years ago, we also purchased from Jordan's in Nashua, a large 'cushy/comfortable' sectional, and additional matching chair with ottoman ... those pieces of furniture are the same today as the day we bought them..!!! Beyond a doubt, .. quality lasts and lasts !!! Thank you Jordan's of Nashua!!! We will never go anywhere else.
Our sales person, Kevin Medina, was awesome! Patient, understanding, worked with us on the many things we threw at him. We had a limited space in our boys playroom to put a sectional in and he found exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price. We have bought most all of our furniture from Jordan's dating back 30 years with our first living room set (which we still have and it still looks good). Delivery guys were equally as awesome! Polite, courteous, engaging. Amazing company from top to bottom! Thank you!
The selection and the service was outstanding. We shopped in many stores throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire looking for a new bedroom set and mattress . Many stores the service was poor and selections overpriced. At Jordan's of Nashua the Staff was superb and knowledgeable (Stephanie and Nick) and the Manager Melissa went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. I shopped the Veterans Day weekend sale to get a new mattress set with special financing. The experience was easy, fast and pleasant. My Sleep Lab professional; Perry was a great help and brought me to what I wanted. I have not received the bed yet but I know I am going to love it. Had I been in the store prior to this purchase I would have planned to make additional purchases; the items are beautiful and surprisingly cost a lot less than I had imagined.
