The furniture that we selected was perfect. The quality and style is great for the price.

Then after making the selection, ordering, and payment, I found out that they only deliver to my area on Tuesdays. I stressed how I just spent thousands of dollars on furniture and would like to have it delivered either on a late afternoon or a weekend, but no dice.

Gayle was so helpful while we looked for a replacement sectional today! She was honest, and extremely patient with me and my family. She didn’t put any pressure on us to buy right away, and she encouraged us to try everything out, even with our baby and 5 year old! We now have a beautiful living room set just in time for our extended family to come over for the holidays! Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better sales associate!

I have no complains of their delivery drivers. They were all very nice and hard working individuals.

Bought a fairly pricey couch, salesman says I should pick up not have delivery several times. So, even though we would prefer delivery, we go for pick up. Date of stock got pushed back into winter, and we were concerned about taking the long trip with a trailer. Called to change to delivery. The woman on the phone did stop short of calling me names, but she had a nasty attitude, and told me I better come get the couch asap, and if I wanted it delivered it would be another month. So, I went with still trying to pick it up. Rented a fairly large trailer, drove almost 2 hours in the snow. One piece doesn't fit. So now have to pay $109 for delivery for the other half of our couch. We wanted delivery in the first place. Thinking, they'll be nice, they'll at least lessen the fee for delivery considering we didn't want to deal with pick up in the first place and only did it bc the salesman said to, I called. No way. My fault that I didn't measure the couch and I am making up the fact that we were pushed to do pick up because a salesman would never do that. I'm so mad. They won't even take the half a couch back because it went out their doors.

One of the problems that occurred during ordering was how shocked I was to find out that there was a delivery charge. After merely asking for an explanation, the associate called for the manager. I was very displeased with this, as I have spent numerous hours in the store and I didn't feel like it was necessary. He proceeded, in length, to tell me how they do not make any money off their deliveries, which is a crock. You can't tell me this and not have me run my own calculations in my head, where I can estimate on exactly how much profit is made off of each delivery, including my own. Please don't assume that I am not an intelligent person and talk down to me like that.

First, I had an associate in one MA store state that delivery was free, while I was just browsing one day. I ended up going to the NH store to make final selection, but I was amazed to find out that there was a delivery charge.

Then I received a phone call days later, that they couldn't find one of the pieces that I ordered and asked me what I wished to cancel the matching set, I asked if they could keep looking. After a day or two, they did find one, however it wouldn't come with the rest of my order. This was difficult as it was a set and that I needed to take time off to accept the first delivery and didn't necessarily have the availability to take additional time for a second one. Three weeks after ordering, I received the first order. And 1 1/2 months later, I received the last piece, which was today.

I normally would not write a review but I am very impressed with the experience I had! I came into the Nashua NH store last night. I knew exactly what I was looking for & was greeted promptly upon walking in! The staff working was very friendly & not to pushy! The sales man that helped me was Ashok, He was a riot! Ashok took his time learning about what was important to me as far as my purchase & was very thorough & straight forward. I wish more salesmen were like him! I then came down to the first floor to get the Acceptance Now plan set up! The man that helped me there was also awesome! His name was Luis! He was very professional & was able to help me get a really realistic deal on my financing options! As I was getting ready to schedule my delivery I went over to the admin desk & there was a nice woman there, as well as the Store Manager that helped me schedule a quick delivery! overall I had a great experience at this store & I would recommend anyone looking for good quality furniture at a great price you see all the people I did, for the same kind of experience!

We went to the store knowing what we wanted and a budget. The saleswoman was perfect and brought us right on budget. Reviewed all the details and instructions for the posturpedic bed. The text messages and delivery service was excellent!! I loved how you can track the delivery truck and get a 20 minute window for delivery. The crew, again, was excellent!

Quality: 5 stars

Bob's furniture is amazing with their quality, designs, and prices. However, their delivery cost and time frame of their deliveries needs some work.

Delivery associates: 5 stars

However, I experienced some major issues with the ordering and the delivery of my furniture.

Never again.
