DO NOT GO TO THIS KIOSK! After they replaced the glass on an IPhone 6s, the phone was not operational. When we went back, they put on another glass replacement saying "sometimes these things happen." After replacing the glass the second time the PHONE WAS NOT OPERATING PROPERLY! We took the phone to the Apple store and they said it was not operating and needed to be replaced. When we went back to the kiosk (as they had gone on break after the second failure), they said they could have fixed the old phone to make it operational. HOW many times would it have taken to fix the phone! We were visiting from out of town and could not afford the time. Upsold us on the shields for the phone and when they put the last one on, IT FELL OFF before we got to the car! DO NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE DOLLAR OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
My phone cracked while having a zagg screen protector and they said that they would pay to get my phone fixed and then they didn't
Horrible customer service. Took them 10 minutes to replace my screen protector, which is fine, but when they gave my phone back to me my phone case was cracked. When brought to their attention, his words were "it's your word against mine". Spent 10 dollars to replace a simple screen protector and end up wasting time and having to now spend more money on a new phone case. This place is not recommended unless you want to end up spending more money to replace what they break than you do on the screen replacement itself.
Bought a shield online, managed to break my screen (hit a spot not covered). This kiosk was able to take the old shattered shield, replace it and apply it right after visiting the apple store
