Rude associate, insisted I took a gift card even though the item as paid for with cash, had a receipt, and it was returned timely. I managed to get cash back and she failed to give me 50 cents of it back, which concerns me, even though it was only a small amount.
Hope helped me out of today and she was amazing! She had me fitted and found me the perfect bras for me and didn't leave me until I had everything I needed and wanted, she even informed me of the Angels card and set me up with one, she was very helpful! I walked in a little confused about what to purchase and she cleared everything up for me. I'm very satisfied with my service and hope she gets recognized for her outstanding customer service and knowledge of the store and Angels card!
Every time I come into pink/Victoria's secret I get helped by KATE P and shes hands down the best associate there. I really appreciate her so much!!! Helped me pick out sport bras for my work outs and later helped me into a fitting room and made sure I was taken care of. I will confuse shopping here as always. But again amazing job to Katie P!!!!!
When i'm trying to try on my first bra from there etc. they always bug me like i don't know where to put the test bras once i'm done and they are very rude and don't ask for help at least the one that was in the room (black hair, tallish, bulkier)
Went to exchange a pair of underwear I got for Christmas...with the tags still on and they wouldn't let me exchange. Claim they need receipts. FOR AN EXCHANGE!!! Never heard of this and Pheasant Lane Mall clerks wouldn't budge. So if you got undies for Christmas and don't have a receipt your bumming.
