My daughter thought was cool.
They left a bright orange box cutter lying around on top of a bin of toys. When I stormed up to the customer service desk to give them the box cutter, she calmly said, "I'm sorry," as though it were some kind of everyday, totally normal inconvenience for me to have to bring a box cutter to the customer service desk at a toy store. She did not seem even surprised, nevermind shocked, that there was a sharp and dangerous object lying around where children are running up and down the aisles. That is NOT right. Even warehouse workers are careful about box cutters even though there will be no children around ever in their situation. I've decided we are never going back in there. NO REGARD FOR SAFETY OF MY BABY (OR YOURS)!!!
Never buy online for store pickup at this branch! I had to go though the customer service line to get my item. 20 minutes wasted! No such thing as easy shopping and pickup here!
Bought the MIP robot for my son for 70$... Turns out others sell it for 40$+. So I was ripped off to begin with, then the robot was trash but since I got to from Rips-off-R-Us.... I got overpriced trash... My 8 year old son who a sweet heart.. So nice... Asked me to punch someone at the factory that makes these... This was the worst BIG GIFT I every got him and I hate you RIP-OFFS-R-US... Close your does and die. You ruined Christmas you over priced garbage shop. Go suck a dead dogs nose. And eat fecal matter of a dead raccoon your trash.
I liked it. She of course being a kid loved it.
I would give it 3 and half to 4 stars.
Wish there were more choices.
In order to have the most diverse options in quantities they expect to sell they have products in main isles moving is tough
