Another Petco that is unable to stock their shelves properly. Honestly you're better off ordering pet food online then going to petco, unless you like looking at empty shelves
Went there after my small dog had a severe allergic reaction and had to be taken to the vet. I was looking for a new dog food for her. A very knowledgeable female employee went out of her way to help me and show me the differences between the overwhelming amount of dog foods that they have. It was very much appreciated. Excellent customer service. On a side note I was also welcomed by the cashier when I walked into the store.
The groomers really dont take the time to comb and detangle, they'd rather just shave the dog to make it easier for them. I brought in my 2 dogs (yorkie and yorkipoo) and they were not knotted enough to have them shaved down so low. I specifically showed them a picture if what I wanted and they completely disregarded it. There used to be a groomer that did a beautiful job but she left, and the last time they shaved my dog without my permission they took half off, but this time they just shaved them and charged me full price and i STILL left a tip.
Excellent and friendly staff. Jamie and Joshua were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Don't go to the Petsmart 1 mile up the street, the prices are much higher.
The bathrooms we're awful not very clean and cramped. No paper towels and the dispenser was broken.
