Right from the front desk person including , dental assistant, hyeginist, dentist were kind and responsible

This was a disaster. I made an appointment as a new patient for a cleaning. The first appointment the office canceled on me hours before I was to show up. The second appointment I waited 45 minutes to be seen. After declining medically unnecessary xrays, I waited another 15 minutes to see the dentist. They recommended a cleaning and minor fillings. Great. Thats what I scheduled for- twice. It wasn't until spending 1.5 hours at the office that I was informed I would not get the tooth cleaning I repeatedly tried to have done. I got nothing but a huge waste of time and the distinct feeling Aspen Dental tries to run up the bill. I did like the dentist's beside manner though.
It was awesome..fun..delightful..n helpful. The staff was personal..cheereful..concern about my interest of what i didn't know n they walked me through the whole process. They were patient with me to explain everything in detail n helped me to be able to receive services quick.n efficent.I left confident n secure. It was a great team. I will recommend Aspen as 100 percent to any n everyone. Thanks to all
Left my Dracut, MA dentist after getting a 2nd opinion there. There was more than a $3,000 difference in price for the same dental procedure. They have done an excellent job and continue to follow up on how I am healing at no cost to me.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Although, went on a Thursday and ended up needing a root canal was ready to do it right then and there but MD ended up being behind and they had to schedule me for the following Tuesday. Been in excruciating pain, ended up taking to much Tylenol and ibuprofen and got sick, asked the MD about antibiotics for pain and she said that antibiotics are only good for an infection, so since they were making me wait till Tuesday for the root canal I asked if they could PLEASE give me something for the pain since I had been crying all day from the pain and she told me the antibiotics will help with the pain and Tylenol?!?!? I told them she had just said that antibiotics are only good for an infection!!! Look I get people abuse pain killers but don't profile me and don't assume I'm in that category! I think AspenDental is great but I am extremely upset that I am still in the worst pain imaginable and they are making me suffer until Tuesday!!! Thanks for the compassion and empathy. I don't think I will return after my root canal, I am a person and I don't deserve to have to suffer in pain for 6 days, they could have helped me.
